From the field · My own work experience

I contributed to volunteer coordination and disaster field work through Hayat Kurtaran Gençlik. According to my personal activity records, 170 volunteers were active after the earthquakes, and I spent 70 days on tent settlement setup and logistics in Malatya. These figures describe my own scope of work rather than the overall response.

AFAD’s preliminary report dated 24 April 2025 records an Mw 6.2 earthquake off Silivri at 12:49 on 23 April. The event date and report date are distinct.
